Love Ngajiro advises bereaved

She appeared calm and comfortable on her mother’s resting place, admiring her nails as the wind gently blew through her hair and dress.

Another grave was visible beside her mother’s, suggesting that she was buried in a well-maintained cemetery.

In a separate video, Ngajiro was seen cultivating around her mother’s grave, demonstrating her continued love and care for the environment where her mother was laid to rest.

She encouraged the bereaved not to forget their departed loved ones, urging them to honour their memory through acts such as maintaining their graves.

Speaking to Njeri Ndaru, a psychologist, she noted that people grieve differently and that there was no timeline for one to overcome loss.

“A person who has lost a parent would grieve for longer than one who has lost a cousin, for instance or a friend. In other instances, it depends on the connection one had with the deceased because the deeper the bond, the more the hurt and probably the more time required to heal. There are also other factors like when they lost someone because a child who lost a mother would grieve differently from a grown up,” she told NgGossips.
