The leadership and teeming members of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, has congratulated their President General, Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP) on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message to the notable celebrant signed by the Director of Special Duties, Chief E.
