A lady has taken to social media to mourn her sibling who passed away under painful circumstances, leaving a void in the family.

Doubara Angel Smile lost her brave and gifted sister, Ere Siana Sintei Ogbachi, who died after giving birth to triplets.

Doubara recalls last hug with sister

Sintei passed away weeks after welcoming her three newborns, who will now have to grow up without their mother’s love.

“My daughter told me this morning, ‘Mummy, I want to meet auntie.’ I froze, how do I tell her that you’re no more? I can’t believe you’ve passed. Everything was okay; we even hugged after the whole process,” part of her caption read.

Doubara emotionally recounted how events suddenly took a turn, and they rushed to save Sintei’s life after she developed complications.

It was a painful experience as she remembered how doctors worked tirelessly to save the mother of triplets.

Doubara shares state of brother-in-law after losing wife

“A few moments later, I saw doctors running up and down, and I heard you cry, saying you didn’t want to die. They assured you that you would be fine. I felt a bit relieved, thinking it was a minor situation, but look at the reality you left me with,” she added.

Doubara noted that she was not the only one shattered by the loss, as her brother-in-law was equally heartbroken after losing his wife and best friend.

She struggled to come to terms with the fact that her kin would grow up without their mother, who had looked forward to the journey of motherhood.

“Your husband isn’t okay, your jackpot is broken, I’m broken. I can’t believe we’ll never talk again. I’ll never see you alive again, what a life. Your babies will miss you terribly; this saddens me. I’m still hoping for a miracle, my woman leader,” she concluded.
