Rumors circulating on social media claiming that rapper Ice Spice is pregnant have gone viral across multiple platforms. However, there is currently no verified evidence or official confirmation to support the claims, and they appear to stem from fake, unsubstantiated online posts.

The rumor
A widely shared post attributed to HoopsCrave, along with similar claims on Facebook, further fueled the speculation, suggesting the rapper is expecting a child and naming NFL player Stefon Diggs as the alleged father.
HoopsCrave is known for publishing parody-style content, and the claims have not been supported by any credible sources.
In 2024, a similar rumor took a whirlwind when fans started showing concern over a picture of Ice Spice where she “appears to be pregnant.” In the said picture, Ice Spice is shown sporting a white mesh matching halter top with gray shorts. In one of the photos, Ice appears to have a bulging tummy.
Fans took to the comments on Instagram and Twitter, writing, “R U PREGNANT????.” Some users wrote, “Bae…that third picture. Tell me it ain’t so,” and “Who’s the father?”
Ice Spice responded to the pregnancy rumors and shut them down by tweeting, “Nobody pregnant, n***as just phat.”

Viral fight video
The speculation surfaced alongside a separate viral video allegedly showing Ice Spice involved in an altercation at a McDonald’s in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning, in which she appears to be slapped by a fan.
According to a report by TMZ, a video circulating online appears to show a woman resembling the rapper in a heated confrontation.
The security footage obtained by the outlet shows Spice talking with a friend while seated in a booth, when another woman jogs over to the table and strikes up a conversation with the two, apparently attempting to get Ice Spice’s friend to move aside so she may join them.
However, the duo try to send the fan away by showing her the door. The fan seemingly did not like the gesture and went ahead to slap Ice Spice.
The altercation escalates as the fan’s friend tries to break her off from the situation while Ice Spice runs behind the fan. Another footage from the outside of the food joint shows Ice Spice picking up a phone that one of the people with the fan who harassed her had left on the ground, which she is said to have shattered.
