Blessings, described by those who know her as disciplined and academically gifted, has consistently ranked among the top three students in her class.
Despite her strong performance, her daily journey to school has not been easy.
Each morning, she rides herself to school regardless of the weather, as her father, Nfitumukiza Moses, leaves home early to work as a boda boda rider and cannot ride along with her.

Speaking after learning of the offer, Moses expressed a mixture of disbelief and emotion, admitting he initially struggled to accept that such support could come their way.
“I wasn’t sure whether it was real or just a dream,” he said, reflecting on the unexpected turn in his daughter’s life.
Discussions between the family and well-wishers have already begun, focusing on transitioning Blessings to a boarding school as early as next term.
The move is seen as a safer and more supportive option, particularly as she prepares for her Primary Leaving Examinations.

In another inspiring story, a middle-aged woman identified as Ciru Muthoni shed tears of joy after well-wishers raised cash for her to pay off her loan.
Ciru Muthoni disclosed that she had borrowed KSh 80,000 to pay for her daughter’s college fees but was unable to repay.
After the story was shared online, generous Kenyans started contributing, and they finally got the KSh 80,000 that she needed.
