How will TVET graduates dress?
Muoria said TVET graduates will henceforth wear work-specific uniforms aligned with their areas of training instead of traditional academic robes.
According to the PS, the move is aimed at ensuring trainees are easily identifiable by their skills and specialisations.
She further noted that the change would reinforce the practical nature of TVET education.

Did TVETA revoke KIM’s accreditation?
In other news, NgGossips reported that the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) suffered a huge blow after TVETA revoked its accreditation.
TVETA said KIM continued to offer unapproved programmes and award academic qualifications in violation of Section 17(3) of the TVET Act Cap 210A.
The Monday, April 20 announcement left Kenyans on social media shocked and frustrated over the fate of students enrolled at the institution as well as those who graduated from it.
Moreover, as current students and KIM’s alumni worry about their fate, if the accreditation is not reinstated, the move could leave hundreds of employees jobless and place the future of thousands of students and graduates at risk.
