Teacher Cillah has shared her sorrow following the breakup of comedian Timothy Kimani, alias Njugush, and his wife Celestine Ndinda, commonly known as Wakavinye.

On the night of April 21, Njugush cleared months of rumours surrounding his relationship with Wakavinye with a statement announcing their break-up.
The comedian said they separated in 2025 and have since been co-parenting. He also asked for privacy as they navigate the next chapters of their lives.
“We decided to part ways after much thought and with mutual respect. We have been co-parenting, and our children remain our top priority. We continue to support one another and kindly ask for understanding as we navigate this next chapter,” read his statement in part.
