Earlier this week, the brothers alleged that land grabbers have been eyeing their KSh 208 billion land, which also entails the famous leisure spot that includes three dams, among other ways of enjoying.
Speaking to TUKO. co.ke, Fundi said the smallest of the three dams measures 150 feet, and the land also boasts indigenous trees.

“It’s worrying my two brothers allegedly have the title deeds of the land, but I do not have any of them,” he said.
According to Fundi, the issues between the brothers go back as far as 2017, when he started asking for the title deeds of the land and the bank accounts attached to it, but they have allegedly been taking him round in circles.
“We do not meet as brothers or directors because my youngest brother thinks he is older than the two of us; I tried to make myself small, but we have different ideologies of how to work. They have a lot of attitude, towards me,” he said.
“Some want to work, but put everything in their pocket; some don’t want to work for anything, which they have a right as shareholders, and some have a lack of respect and which, combined with greed, becomes very difficult,” he said.

Have the 3 Mbugua brothers sought help?
According to Fundi, the court has done a lot to help them, and once they are there, they agree on some things, but then the following day, something else happens that is different from what they talked about.
“We had issues from 2017. I have been asking for titles and accounts of our company, but they have declined, so I had no choice but to take my brothers to court,” he said on TUKO TV.
“They have been saying that my title is with the lawyers. I don’t know if the lawyer may have sent the invaders here; I’m asking we split in good faith as neighbours, so we show the world the truth about the matter,” he said.
How are the brothers dealing with alleged land grabbers?
Fundi also revealed that his brothers learnt of the people who allegedly want to grab their land two or three months ago but never told him as the director of the company.

“The issue I have is that one brother says everything belongs to the company and he has taken part of the land and sold it. The other titles are remaining, and I have not seen them as well,” he said.
“The only thing that I have drawn from the company is misery and sorrow. For many years, I have been left out of the running of the company, and they deny that there is an account of the company. I have even been locked out of assets of the company,” said the elderly man.
The co-director said that their field has structures and containers that he had brought, but they are no longer there, and his tractors were stolen as well. They are now in the process of destroying the dams, and if they do so, there is going to spill over to the Indian Ocean in Mombasa.
“They think im too old and they cannot tell me anything so lets us spill all secrets and maybe we will get a solution that way,” he said.
