- A scuffle preceded the alleged death of a Murang’a University student, who sadly died in an apartment in Kileleshwa, where she had gone with her alleged lover
- The fact that the apartment was booked by another man and not Tony Odhiambo, who entered the house with Consolata Githinji, raised questions about safety and accountability
- Some people who saw the CCTV video also pressed on with questions about why the apartment’s watchman refused to give the lady audience after she tried to hang onto him

What did Odhiambo say about Consolata’s death?
By 4.00 am it emerged that the lady had died, and officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) arrived to investigate the death. In his narration about what happened during the night, Odhiambo said that Consolata allegedly killed herself and he could do nothing about it.
“She was saying that her things were not intact,” said Tony Odhiambo.
“I went to the bedroom and found her standing near the window in the bedroom, and I could do nothing to save the situation,” said Odhiambo.
Before the DCI arrived to investigate the matter, four people had entered the room, and it is unclear what they went to do in the house.
