Eyewitnesses said the woman was seen walking and dancing on the road while wearing a top, but without wearing any trousers or pants. Her appearance caused shock among commuters and passersby who quickly gathered at the scene.
According to traders in the market where she is said to work, the woman had been missing for about one month. Her sudden reappearance in such a condition surprised many people who knew her, as they had assumed she may have travelled back to her home country or gone off the radar due to unknown reasons.
Witnesses reported that she appeared confused and was not responding properly when people tried to speak with her. Some said she looked unaware of her surroundings and continued behaving in an unusual manner on the busy road.
