A young woman identified as Dulice Boateng has stunned many on social media after completing a beautiful five-unit rental house project in time for her birthday.

In a video shared on Instagram, Duliece arrived at the venue of her rental property with a swanky car, and when she got out, she looked beautiful in a long, white off-shoulder dress with a low back and flowing train.
Her outfit was complemented by gold accessories and a high ponytail; clearly, this was a very important day for her, and she had planned accordingly.

How were Dulice’s houses?
Instead of cabro, which has become commonplace in most compounds, Dulice’s house has well-arranged cut stones set well on the ground in the parking area. Once inside the majestic gate, the houses stick out, and the finishing of the buildings is something to write home about.
The exteriors of the houses are painted a warm yet calming dirty white, which also makes them look clean; the large windows also give them a classy look and make them look huge as well.
Unlike some people who may prefer having a lot of houses on top of each other, Dulice settled on one-storey buildings that are also spacious.
“This is the first time I’m seeing them; I’m so impressed,” said the influencer, while looking at her houses intently.
