Nollywood actress Faithia Williams has responded to the show of love and support she received from her colleague, Funke Akindele. On her Instagram page, Funke shared a video of herself promoting Faithia’s latest cinema movie, Efunroye. Last month, the two had shared a sweet moment at Faithia’s 55th birthday party. The two proved haters wrong as they hugged and kissed at the event.
During Faithia’s birthday, rumours circulated that the two were at war over Faithia’s comment on Funke’s birthday wishes for her.
Reacting to it in a live video, Faithia dismissed the report, saying there was no conflict, and explained that Funke’s birthday message was sincere and that her reply was misunderstood.
The actresses have once been linked to minor controversies, which is why internet sleuths are quick to jump to conclusions about these two.
On Christmas Day, Faithia sent her wishes to Funke, and Funke responded, wishing her the best.
