Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Dan Ulasi, has revealed that former Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi recently visited his home in Enugu for talks about the country’s leadership. Ulasi said that about four days ago, Peter Obi came to his house in Enugu with his team.
During their meeting, they discussed what Obi can do differently and better than the Tinubu administration is doing now.
The PDP chieftain noted that these discussions are still ongoing.
He did not hold back on his search for a new direction for the country, showing that he is open to backing candidates from other political parties if they offer a better plan.
His words: “My interest presently is to see whether we can offer a good alternative to the present government. That alternative might not necessarily come from the PDP. That is why I am looking at Mr. Peter Obi. About four days ago, he was in my house with his team in Enugu, and we are discussing what he can do better than is being done presently.
