Linet Toto has savagely responded to a fan who questioned her role in the recent trip to Brazzaville.

The Bomet woman representative recently travelled to the Republic of Congo for the inauguration ceremony of the president-elect, Denis Sassou N’Guesso.
Toto was in the company of Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen, Lang’ata MP Jalang’o, Mohamed Abdirahman, MP Lafey, Nandi Hills MP Bernard Kitur, Bahati MP Irene Njoki, Taveta MP John Bwire and Kenya’s Ambassador to DRC Peter Tum.
Sharing the photos of the Kenyan delegation, Murkomen captioned:
“I was honoured to represent the President, H.E. @WilliamsRuto, at the inauguration ceremony of President Denis Sassou-Nguesso in Brazzaville. We congratulate H.E. Sassou-Nguesso on his renewed mandate and commend the people of Congo-Brazzaville for turning out peacefully to exercise their democratic right.”

Why did Linet Toto travel to Brazzaville?
Dressed in a knee-length blue official dress, a black and white blazer, and black high heels, Toto looked gorgeous.
After landing in the East African nation, an excited Toto shared photos and captioned them:
“I accompanied the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration, Hon. Kipchumba Murkomen, to Brazzaville in the Republic of Congo for the inauguration ceremony of H.E. Mr. Denis Sassou N’Guesso, the President-elect of the Republic of Congo. Hon. Murkomen is representing H.E. President William Ruto at this historic occasion, which marks the official swearing-in and installation of President Denis Sassou N’Guesso. The ceremony underscores the enduring ties of friendship and cooperation between Kenya and the Republic of Congo, as well as Kenya’s commitment to strengthening regional partnerships and supporting democratic transitions across Africa.”
Fans of the youngest parliamentarian flooded the comment section, asking her who she was representing, forcing her to respond.
“Whom did you represent there?” a fan boldly asked.

In her response, the first-time politician said:
“I am representing Rachel Ruto, the First Lady.”
Toto’s response saw her constituents make fun of her, with many sharing what they thing about her political career.

In other news, the Bomet woman rep got married to the love of her life in 2023, a few weeks after their engagement on Valentine’s Day, barely a year after Toto was elected to office.
Toto and Nifty Kim welcomed their first child in July 2024, and Kim has always described his wife as a great mother to their daughter.
