“My father is the head of our family, and he has sacrificed a great deal to ensure we are always provided for. Watching him struggle daily with his boda boda, which he uses to transport farm supplies to and from Eldoret town, has deeply touched me. Considering his age, I felt it was important to ease this burden and reduce his reliance on the boda boda. That is why I chose to get him a car.
Gifting my dad a car is not just about the vehicle itself; it’s about everything it represents. Growing up, he worked tirelessly to provide for us, often putting our needs before his own. As a farmer, he spent long days working the land to ensure we had both food and financial stability. His sacrifices and quiet strength have shaped everything we have today,” she said.
