Just in: A’Ibom Police arrest notorious kidnapper, recover human skull, others

The Akwa Ibom State Police Command has arrested a notorious kidnapper, Ubong Michael, alias Ubong Boy, who had been on its wanted list and recovered a human skull, bones, cartridges and a dagger.

The State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Timfon John, disclosed this in a statement in Uyo on Thursday.
