The international admissions process has long been known for paperwork, delays, and uncertainty. EERIV Europe UAB believes technology can change that.
Through its digital platform, EERIV Edu, the company is attempting to modernize how students apply to universities abroad.
The platform reportedly allows students to track their applications, receive counselling, submit multiple university applications, and access visa guidance in one ecosystem. If successful, the model would place EERIV Europe among a growing class of education companies using technology not to teach students, but to move them efficiently through education systems.
This distinction is important. Much of Africa’s EdTech boom has focused on digital learning, exam prep, and professional skills. EERIV Europe instead sits in the “access technology” segment using digital tools to solve administrative barriers tied to studying abroad.
For students, that could be significant. International applications are often slowed by communication gaps, lack of clarity, and difficulty managing multiple institutions at once. A mobile-first system that centralizes the journey may offer a more predictable experience.
Analysts say technology-driven recruitment platforms are likely to grow in importance as universities seek faster and more scalable ways to engage international applicants. EERIV Europe’s digital push suggests it sees that shift coming early.
