A political aspirant, Aondoaseer Gbe Benjamin Orduen, under the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has intensified consultations ahead of the 2027 general elections with a visit to Konshisha Local Government Area of Benue State.
The aspirant disclosed that the visit, which took place on April 18, 2026, was part of ongoing grassroots engagement across the Vandeikya/Konshisha Federal Constituency.
During the meeting, he was formally presented to party leaders and stakeholders in the area.
The engagement, facilitated by party leaders, brought together the ADC Local Government Chairman, members of the executive, the State Party Secretary, and other key officials.
The meeting provided an avenue for discussions on party growth and constituency development.
He was accompanied by a delegation of political associates, including Gemanen Ajio Gyuse, an ADC chieftain and former Labour Party House of Representatives candidate, as well as Alexander Terver Tyonongo, former Executive Chairman of Vandeikya Local Government, among others.
The aspirant described the reception by party members and stakeholders in Konshisha as encouraging, noting that the level of support reflects growing acceptance of his political movement across communities.
He added that consultations would continue across the constituency to ensure inclusiveness and broader participation of stakeholders, stressing his commitment to equity, justice, and effective representation.
The consultation tour is part of preparations for the 2027 elections, with a focus on mobilising grassroots support within the constituency.
