The Accord Party has announced that the window for securing nomination and expression of interest forms for elective offices will end on April 25, 2026.

Oladeji made the disclosure at the end of the Accord Party’s National Executive Council (NEC) which was held in Abuja on Wednesday.

According to him, the party successfully finalised decisions on major pre-election activities including the nomination fees, primary election dates, and the mode of primaries adopted by the Accord Party.

He noted that the party leadership has fixed N10 million and N5 million respectively for nomination and expression of interest forms for governorship aspirants while the senatorial forms are placed at N5 million and N2.5 million for nomination and expression of interest forms.

Aspirants vying for House of Representatives seats will be expected to pay N3.5 million and N1.5 million for nomination and expression of interest forms respectively.

In addition, aspirants for the state House of Assembly positions are expected to pay N1 million and N500,000 for nomination and expression of interest fees, respectively.

“We are also warning of the closure of the electoral window on April 25. Membership registration ends on April 26, the same as the purchase of nomination forms.

“Accord is the party to vote for. If you desire a change in governance, then you need to change the party that will govern Lagos State from 2027.

“Accord is making a clarion call for patriotic change agents to join the party, contest and win, to be involved in the governance of Lagos State,” Oladeji said.

He also assured members and supporters of the party of key reforms as the Accord Party will be leading the charge to eliminate bad leadership across Nigeria.

The party chairman also added that the primary elections for the Accord Party would take place on May 21.
