Family members eulogise Nahashon

“He was honestly one of the funniest people I ever met,” added his sister-in-law, Mary Ndugo, who described him as a source of joy and laughter.

The family recounted a painful two-week search before receiving confirmation that his body had been found in Green Lake.

“It’s really where he wanted to be,” said Ndugo. “As immigrants, this is not our home, so I know he really wanted to be home.”
