A young man has shared a video of his wife having her hair shaved at a barber’s shop after he allegedly caught her cheating on him.

Mkenya posted the clip on his TikTok page, sparking mixed reactions from social media users.
In the video, the young woman sat quietly and composed as the barber shaved off her braids. The barber appeared equally stunned, questioning why Mkenya was insisting on having his wife’s hair shaved.
“This is my KSh 1,500 going down the drain. Do you think making that kind of money is easy? There is no chance to joke with ladies nowadays,” he said, urging the barber to continue.

Trying to lighten the tense moment, the barber remarked that some men spend up to KSh 10,000 on their partners’ hair, but Mkenya remained determined to punish his wife.
He even suggested that the barber should not neatly trim the hair after removing the braids.
Did the Kenyan woman cheat on her husband?
Speaking to NgGossips, the young man said they had an argument, after which the woman left their home. He later discovered that she had allegedly been seeing other men in Nairobi, even after they reconciled, something that left him feeling deeply betrayed.
He admitted that his decision to shave her hair was driven by anger.
“She’s my wife. We argued and she left. Later, I found out she had been seeing other men after we got back together. I had spent my money, so anger pushed me to take her to the barber and have her hair shaved, including the braids,” he shared.

After the ordeal, the two went their separate ways, vowing never to get back together.
