Emur Dikir MP Johana Ngeno passed away in a tragic helicopter crash.

The accident occurred at approximately 4:45 pm in the Chepkieb area of Mosop, Nandi County.
The private helicopter reportedly lost stability and struck a tree shortly after taking off following a brief weather-related delay.
All six people on board perished in the crash, including Ng’eno, his personal assistant, a photographer, a journalist, an officer from the Kenya Forest Service, and the pilot.
The aircraft burst into flames upon impact near Chepkiep village. Witnesses noted the pilot had initially made an emergency landing due to bad weather but attempted to take off again once conditions appeared to improve slightly.
The tragic news of Ng’eno’s passing has left his family and friends devastated.
His wife was unconsolable after learning the tragic news about her husband’s tragic death.
In photos that have recently emerged, the widow was seen consoling her mother-in-law after she arrived in their Nairobi home.
