The Federal Government has announced that suspects linked to the recent killings in Yelwata, a town in Benue State, will be arraigned tomorrow, Monday, February 2, before Justice Joyce Abdul-Malik of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
The arraignment follows a thorough investigation and close collaboration among government agencies, the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice said in a statement on Saturday.
The office assured Nigerians that justice would be served in the case, sending a clear message to those who threaten the peace and security of the country under any guise.
The statement further reaffirmed the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to protecting lives and property, as enshrined in the Constitution.
