In a Facebook video, the man explained how his tenant used to pay well but suddenly stopped. When he went to check on him, he found that the man was nursing his sick wife, and he had sold everything to pay for her treatment.

“Today his wife is healthy and he is back on his feet and he tries to overpay out of gratitude and I quiety use the money to help tenants when they struggle. Housing may be a business but compassion is a choice,” she said.

I’ve also seen a landlord who was kind and didn’t disturb a doctor who always paid early rent, even when the doctor suddenly lost his job. The man didn’t disturb him for 3 years. The doctor was able to travel abroad with the help of a friend or family, according to the story. He bounced back and repaid all the money.
