A young woman’s desperate search for her father ended in tears after a heartbreaking revelation about his whereabouts.

For weeks, former Biggy237 housemate Zidel Abla, also known as Cameroon Pepper, had been searching for her father, hoping to reunite with him.

On her birthday, she got a lead about him and looked forward to meeting him after a long separation, hoping to catch up and make up for lost time.

However, she was met with bittersweet news. Not only did she reunite with her siblings, but she also discovered that her father had passed away and was led to his grave.

Where was Zidel Abla’s dad’s home?

“Dead. Why? My father. I met my big and younger sister. I am not sure my late mother’s brothers will accept me back. Oh God, the pain is too much,” she wrote.

The ambitious businesswoman had travelled from Cameroon to Anambra State in Nigeria, as her father was Nigerian.

She moved from state to state searching for him, hoping she would finally see him and give him the biggest hug.

Instead of the joyful reunion she had imagined for years, she was confronted with a painful truth: her father was dead.

Standing in the family compound, reality sank in as her eyes fell on his grave, the final resting place of the man she had travelled so far to meet.

There, she also met her brother and younger sister, who had been by his side until his passing.

The journey she had hoped would fill an emotional void instead became a moment of closure wrapped in grief, a daughter arriving too late, carrying unanswered questions and love she would never get to give.

She shared emotional photos of herself sitting beside her father’s grave, holding a picture, with her siblings standing on either side.
