Blord elaborated that when men handle millions of naira in a company without misappropriating funds, it is often because they feel satisfied with what they already have. He acknowledged that women can also steal, but he considers such cases uncommon.
To illustrate the scale of his business operations, Blord revealed that in 2025 his company paid out ₦1.1 billion in salaries, averaging around ₦90 million per month, with much of this managed by female employees.
“Women face less pressure in society, while men bear most of the world’s pressure. When a man works in an organization where millions of naira pass through his hands without thinking of stealing, it is usually because he is content with what he has,” he stated.
