The singer, who previously criticized cleric Paul Adefarasin, appeared on a program hosted by Nedu. During the conversation, N6 advised against confronting Wizkid, saying he had never witnessed anyone successfully challenge the superstar. He also highlighted that Wizkid’s achievements are well-earned, urging people to think twice before making him an adversary.
On their personal bond, N6 described Wizkid as a brother, sharing memories from their childhood in Ojuelegba. He recalled times when they had no money for transport and often had to walk to the studio. While recording, Wizkid would frequently stay until the early hours of the morning, showcasing his dedication.
N6 praised Wizkid’s talent and also fondly remembered their shared love of football, mentioning how they would play together regularly.
The attention on Wizkid comes as his upcoming documentary has faced criticism. A snippet released online drew backlash, with some fans accusing him of omitting Banky W, who discovered and guided him in the early stages of his career.
Some commenters also brought up Wizkid’s past online feud with Davido, suggesting that N6 might have been alluding to the “If” singer in his remarks.
