Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, on the 30th anniversary of his ascension to the throne of Sheikh Alimi.
In a goodwill message shared via his verified social media handle on Tuesday, the governor praised the Emir for his exemplary leadership and the remarkable progress recorded in Ilorin Emirate under his reign.
AbdulRazaq described the past three decades as a period of peace, unity, and development for Ilorin and its people, noting that the capital city has grown into one of Nigeria’s most harmonious and attractive urban centers.
He commended the Emir for his consistent support for good governance, infrastructural renewal, and cultural preservation, as well as his distinguished record as a retired senior judge known for his integrity and respect for the rule of law.
“On behalf of the people and government of Kwara State, I wish His Royal Highness continued good health, a long and prosperous reign, and Allah’s guidance and protection on the revered throne of his forefathers,” the governor added.
