A Yoruba monarch has joined the debate over social media influencer Mandy Kiss and her planned Guinness World Record attempt.
The Eselu of Iselu Kingdom in Yewa North, Ogun State, Oba Akintunde Akinyemi, has written an open letter to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, calling for the content creator’s arrest.
Earlier this week, Mandy Kiss grabbed attention online after sharing a flyer announcing her plan to set a Guinness World Record for the “highest number of bed partners in 24 hours.” The event is set for October 30, 2025, in Ikorodu, Lagos, with a goal of 100 men.
Guinness World Records quickly denied any involvement, stating that it does not recognize or track such records. Nevertheless, Mandy Kiss has insisted that she will continue with her plans.
In his letter, Oba Akinyemi condemned her actions, calling them “shameful” and “disgraceful.” He said the act is embarrassing not only to her parents but also to Ogun State, Lagos, and the entire country.
He warned: “Can she even survive such an act? If she dies in the process, it is the police who will start arresting young men in Ikorodu.”
The Eselu also suggested that Mandy Kiss might be mentally unstable or under the influence of drugs. He urged Governor Sanwo-Olu to involve the NDLEA for a drug test and proposed that she be sent to a rehabilitation centre in Ogun State.
He added: “Her nonsense shows she may be under the influence of drugs. The best step is to arrest her and return her to her parents for rehabilitation.”
