- Rapper Erigga advises creatives to act quickly on their ideas, as delaying execution could lead to someone else implementing the same concepts.
- Erigga shared a tweet on X, stating that idle ideas often manifest through others due to their time having come.
Nigerian rapper Erigga has shared important advice for creatives, urging them to act quickly on their ideas before they slip away.
In a recent tweet on X (formerly Twitter), Erigga explained that ideas often carry their own energy and timing. According to him, when people delay acting on a creative spark, that same concept may find expression through someone else not because it was copied, but because the time for its realization had arrived.
“Ideas have a momentum of their own,” he wrote. “If you have an idea you’re excited about and you don’t bring it to life, it’s not uncommon for the idea to find its voice through another maker. This isn’t because the other artist stole your idea, but because the idea’s time has come.”
Erigga encouraged creatives to push past fear and procrastination, reminding them that opportunities won’t always wait. Taking action, he said, is key to turning inspiration into achievement.
