Grammy-nominated artist David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has once again captured public attention after a photo of his latest real estate project began circulating online. The image revealed a large plot of land being developed with heavy-duty construction equipment in view.
Reports indicate that the land, measuring approximately 2,700 square meters, is the site of Davido’s upcoming 16-bedroom mansion located in the prestigious Eko Atlantic area of Lagos.
The revelation sparked a wave of admiration and conversation on social media, with fans and followers expressing their amazement and wishing for similar fortune.
Davido is no stranger to luxury living. He already owns a high-end residence in Banana Island, one of Lagos’ most elite neighborhoods. The Banana Island home is also known as the place where his late son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, tragically passed away.
In addition, the music star reportedly owns two other properties in the Lekki area, including a four-bedroom semi-detached duplex valued at approximately ₦140 million.
