Nigerian music sensations Shallipopi and Davido set the stage ablaze as they headlined the opening night of the 2025 Afro Nation Festival in Portugal.
The two artists delivered high-energy performances that wowed the crowd at the start of the three-day celebration of African music and culture. Launched in 2019, Afro Nation has grown into one of the biggest annual music festivals dedicated to promoting African sounds globally.
Shallipopi made a memorable appearance by inviting his siblings and fellow performers to join him on stage while performing his popular track “Lahoo.”
Davido thrilled the audience with a series of fan-favorite hits, including “If,” “Fall,” “Dami Duro,” and “Fia.”
The festival continues with Nigerian singer Tems set to perform on Thursday, while Burna Boy, Kamo Mphela, Booba, and Dexta Daps will close the show on Friday.
