Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable, has taken a swipe at fellow artiste Bella Shmurda after the latter revealed why he wouldn’t consider working with him on a song.

During a recent appearance on the Curiosity Made Me Ask podcast hosted by Isbae U, Bella was asked whether he would collaborate with Portable. In response, the Cash App crooner explained that he doesn’t see any musical synergy between them and would prefer to avoid any potential drama.

However, Portable didn’t take the comment lightly. Reacting to the interview, he called out Bella on social media, mocking his colleague and asserting that there’s no basis for comparison between the two of them.

The Zazu hitmaker bragged about being more globally recognized and better travelled, claiming that he holds a higher status in the music industry than Bella Shmurda.

Portable partly said …

“Anytime you wan do interview no call my name. You cannot feature me. I’ve been to America, London. No be first to blow o. Na who dey blow dey go o. Which connection wan join me and you, you are a failure. I don roll or do music with failures…”
