In a new twist, Nollywood filmmaker Stanley Ontop revealed via social media that a reliable source informed him that billionaire senator Ned Nwoko and actress Mercy Johnson allegedly filed a defamation petition against Angela Okorie. According to him, the duo is reportedly leveraging political influence to pursue legal action that could lead to an 18-year jail term for the actress, who is also a mother of one.
