Brown has yet to enter a plea regarding the charge and was absent from Southwark Crown Court when Judge Tony Baumgartner approved his bail.
Following this decision, the musician is permitted to proceed with his planned international tour this year, which includes performances in the UK during June and July, as stipulated by his bail conditions.
The singer will provide a £5 million security fee to the court, serving as a financial assurance for his return, although this amount may be forfeited if he violates any bail terms.
His tour will also take him to various locations in Europe, the United States, and Canada
Judge Baumgartner mandated that he must surrender his passport unless he is traveling.
Additionally, Brown is required to reside at a designated address known to the court, is prohibited from visiting the nightclub, and is barred from contacting Diaw or applying for international travel documents.
