Kcee, a Nigerian Afrobeats singer, has revisited his past relationship with popular Nollywood actress Ebube Nwagbo.
He disclosed that they were once a highly discussed celebrity couple, even coming close to marriage before their split.
During an episode of the Tea With Tay podcast hosted by Temisan Emmanuel, Kcee shared details about his love life before social media became prevalent.
“My scandals were before social media became rampant. I was just about a young boy dating one actress. Me and actresses were always headlining the papers. I loved actresses back then. Who wouldn’t?” he stated.
While he chose not to name all the actresses he had been with, he did confirm his romance with Ebube Nwagbo, putting to rest ongoing speculation.
“Our relationship was everywhere—Ebube Nwagbo. We were always on the front covers of newspapers. And we usually sat in the front row of every red carpet show. We were close to getting married. Whatever that happened, happened,”
Kcee is currently married to Ijeoma Okonkwo, with whom he has two children, while Ebube Nwagbo is still single.
