Nollywood star James Ikechukwu Esomugha, popularly known as Jim Iyke, has revealed that YouTube recently took down his latest movie, Light in the Dark.
The film, which had gained significant traction with over 600,000 views on the platform, was removed after being reported by some individuals who found certain scenes inappropriate.
Addressing the issue, the actor—who was previously called out by a colleague—explained that the movie has since been re-edited and re-uploaded. He urged his fans to watch it again, even if they had already streamed it before its removal.
In a video statement, Jim Iyke expressed his unwavering resilience, stating that setbacks do not discourage him. He emphasized that he always operates with a mindset of positivity, regardless of challenges.
The seasoned actor, who was recently seen spending time with his son, also highlighted how his perspectives and strategies differ from those of many others.
