Chioma, has with his children from previous relationships. During a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, Davido shared insights into how Chioma bonds with all his children, highlighting the positive impact she has had on their lives.
According to the 30BG boss, Chioma is well aware of all his children, and they all love her, especially his daughter Hailey. Davido shared how he never had to explain to Hailey that Chioma was her stepmother, as the young girl understood the dynamics naturally. He was particularly moved when he saw Chioma braiding Hailey’s hair during a family vacation in the Bahamas, describing it as a beautiful moment.
Davido admitted that in the past, he was hesitant to introduce his other children to Chioma, but seeing their growing bond made him happy and relieved. The singer also spoke fondly of his long relationship with Chioma, revealing that they met when he was just 18 years old.
In his words:
“Chioma knows about all my kids, my kids love her, especially my daughter (Hailey) so I’m just happy to see growth. There was a time I was scared to even bring my other kids around her, I didn’t even have to tell my daughter who Chioma was, she just understood it, next thing we were in Bahamas, with my wife braiding her hair and I was like Yess!!. Before we got married, we were together for like 11 years. We met in school, she was my girlfriend and then we got married. I was 18 when we met.”
