Actress Joke Jigan has taken to social media to cry out for help after a rider allegedly absconded with her goods valued at N2 million.
Jigan shared a photo of the rider on her Instagram, accusing him of stealing her items and blocking her from contacting him. She urged Nigerians to assist in locating the rider and provided his phone number for anyone who may know him.
“Please, if you know this guy, help me call his number. He’s a rider, and he’s got items of mine close to 2m with him since yesterday, and he’s blocked me from calling him 09133595927. That’s his number. Please help a sister o,” she wrote.
This incident comes just a year after fellow actress Adunni Ade had a similar encounter with a rider who prematurely ended her trip and refused to deliver her order. Adunni had also threatened to take action if her order was not delivered.
In other news, Nigerian artist Iyanya has expressed hope that his fellow music stars, Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy, will eventually team up for a joint track. His comments come after Davido mentioned on a recent podcast that the pressure from fans is one of the challenges preventing a collaboration between the three giants of the Nigerian music industry.
Sharing a popular clip from the interview on X, Iyanya encouraged the trio to collaborate and seize the opportunity to earn more together.
He wrote, “Trolls trying to make money off trolling real hardworking Brothers.
“It’s not easy to look away sometimes, especially when they come for someone or something so dear to your heart.
“I believe one day we will get that collaboration between david, Wiz and Burna.
“I am one of those in the industry who have been privileged to have worked with all three.
“Let’s make music and get money.”
Wizkid and Burna Boy regularly join forces in their music.
In the past few years, they have released songs like ‘B D’or’ and ‘Ginger’ together.
Before Burna Boy rose to global stardom, he collaborated with Davido on a track named ‘Trumpet.’
However, fans have been waiting for a collaboration between Davido and Wizkid, which has not happened yet.
