Amid the ongoing controversy surrounding her son, popular Nigerian comedian Oluwadolarz, his mother, Mummy Dolarz, shared a heartwarming moment with her grandson.
Taking to Instagram, she expressed her joy after receiving a visit from Ifeluv, the mother of her grandchild, on Mother’s Day.
Sharing a picture from the occasion, she wrote:
“My daughter @ife_luv12 brought my grandson to greet me on Mother’s Day. I’m grateful for the gift of motherhood and the joy of being a grandma… Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers out there. Love you, my baby @babydolarz.”
Her post comes in the midst of a public dispute between Oluwadolarz and Ifeluv, who recently accused the comedian of infidelity. The controversy escalated after Ifeluv took to social media, alleging that despite his public proposal months ago, their relationship had been strained due to repeated betrayals.
Reports suggest that Mummy Dolarz attempted to intervene, urging Ifeluv to reconsider her decision to leave. She reportedly expressed disappointment over her son’s actions and made several personal apologies in an effort to mend the rift between the two.
However, Ifeluv remained resolute in her decision, stating that she had endured too much emotional distress and could no longer continue the relationship. She also emphasized her role as the primary caregiver for their child, shouldering the bulk of both financial and emotional responsibilities.
