President Bola Tinubu will depart Abuja on Wednesday for the United Kingdom to begin two week vacation as part of his yearly leave.
In a statement on Wednesday, Bayo Onanuga, special adviser on information and strategy to the president, said the president will utilize a two-week break for work and introspection on economic policies.
Onanuga added that Tinubu will return to the country at the end of the vacation.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today for the United Kingdom to begin a two-week vacation, part of his yearly leave,” the statement reads.
” He will use the two weeks as a working vacation and a retreat to reflect on his administration’s economic reforms.
“He will return to the country after the leave expires.”
