Nigerian Afro-house songstress, Niniola Apata, trended on social media after an Instagram blog dug up an epic video from her days of humble beginnings when she was still trying to break out in the music industry.
The video captured the moment Niniola auditioned to be a part of the X-Factor talent show in Nigeria, in 2013.
The Maradona singer rendered one of America’s top R&B songs, Love You More by Celine Dion, which drove her judges, Onyeka Onwenu, Mi, and Reggie Rockstone, nuts.
In the clip, Onyeka Onwenu commended her performance by saying that she got goosebumps as she sang. Unfortunately, Niniola didn’t make it to the final stage of The X Factor, as she was later rejected.
